It’s been another busy year thus far for us at MediviewHD since the resumption of medical broadcasts post-COVID.
At a recent event in which our parent company Talking Slides handled the conference production end, incoming live transmissions from 10 different hospitals and medical centres were managed across 3 days.
Two of these transmissions were broadcast by ourselves from 2 different hospital locations including a multi-camera mix, direct feeds of numerous medical imaging devices and easy 2-way communication between the operators and those at conference for Q&A sessions and case discussions.
Travelling national between many different locations over the years, we are very familiar with hospital protocols and the sensitivities in these environments, including ensuring patient details are anonymised prior to broadcast etc.
As such we have developed purpose built production units that are designed specifically for medical broadcast, able to handle a multitude of different feeds and physically only take up a small physical footprint so we do not obstruct day-to-day operations inside the broadcast locations.
