In the main conference room, we construct a full-length modern stage set suited to the space in use, complete with a wide 16:9 projection screen and elegantly branded set panels. Custom SBNS ‘gobos’ and strategic lighting accentuate the organisation’s logo, creating a professional yet inviting atmosphere. A high-definition plasma screen embedded within the lectern serves as dynamic digital signage, seamlessly integrating vital event information and branding.
The Parallel Room, designed to complement the main event space, features a stage set and projection screen bathed in blue, mirroring the event’s colour scheme and enhancing the thematic continuity across the venue.

Enhanced Speaker Support
The Speaker Preview facility is a cornerstone of our service, ensuring that every speaker is fully prepared and comfortable with their presentation. This facility is staffed with expert technicians who assist in loading presentations onto our system and resolving any issues with video and media content. This proactive approach guarantees that all presentations run smoothly during the event.
Interactive and Remote Engagement
This year’s hybrid format included enhanced features like remote presentation capabilities via Zoom and interactive Sli.do voting, ensuring that even those affected by travel disruptions could participate fully. These tools not only facilitated greater inclusivity but also enriched the interactive experience for all delegates.
On-Demand Accessibility
Post-event, we ensured that the wealth of knowledge shared at the conference was not confined to the physical venue. All presentations were recorded, edited, and uploaded to a custom SBNS Talking Slides platform. This on-demand service allowed delegates to revisit presentations or view them for the first time, extending the life of the content and the impact of the event.
Gala Dinner and Exhibition Assistance
Beyond the conference rooms, we brought our technical expertise to the gala dinner, setting up full aesthetic lighting and a high-fidelity PA system for speeches. Our team also managed the exhibition area, drawing up floor plans, marking out stands, and ensuring that all exhibitors had the necessary resources.
