The main room featured an ultra-wide projection surface that we maximised by flying three projectors across the width of the room. This setup allowed for multi-source content display, including sponsor videos, name slides, and the presenters’ content, managed continuously by a dedicated technician for a smooth production.

Recognising the high popularity of the event, we extended the reach of the main plenary sessions by providing a produced and branded relay to screens in the exhibition area.
